Samworth Brothers Charity Challenge - Run, Bike, Kayak

Rich963 Bike leg was c28.5miles in 4hr31min (1st place out of the teams that started on the bikes), Kayak 5.5miles in 2hrs38min and then the hike up and round to the Old Man of Coniston and back down in 3hr49min was enough to win the event! Never expected to win (in fact we were stopping taking photos on the hike and at the top!), but really enjoyed the whole thing.
