Lisrun There is something special about this run, I think its something to do with the cold, the shared nervousness about Chowdene Bank at the start and the unusual gifts to the finishers. A bit icy this year, which meant we had to take it easy when in the park. This may have accounted for being 40sec slower than last year, but I was probably just not running as fast ! Chowdene Bank does not get any less steep and I was 40 sec down at the top. Larger engraved glass, whisky miniature and choc bar to all finishers.
