Roadrunner Bark Felt a bit tired doing this one!! Esp after I had already Ran a 10k in Cheshire the previous day and Won it!! Anyhow got 15th Position overall and a good workout.

Sunbed Athlete Secured 1st place with a gap of 40 secs.Organisers actually said it was 4.4 miles.First time ive ran this race.Enjoyed the route.Not normally a lap liker but this was ok.Lead from halfway round 1st lap.Even had guy on lead bike apologising as i was nearly level with him @ 1 point.Splits were 7:31,7:47 & 7:49. Got £30.My Mum did well too.1st V45.Connelld,Purplehippo,Killieboy(fab new tan)were there.Great to see these guys again.
