clairster very windy and quite tough going..pushed myself all the way and managed to do the 1st half in exactly the same time as the 2nd. slightly dissappointed with my time, but the winter of discontent has taken its toll and all the time out is showing in my lack of speed! great course and organisation though

jolguk You got dogs on strings and unfortunate kids running along with you. The modified course made it better as it gave you a green respite, but makes the time annoyingly meaningless. I might not bother next year.

Stuart L Slightly nervous as this was my first ever race!! Meet up with APC and a few other guys and gals from Swinton. They provided me with a few words of encouragement. The course itself wasn't the same as previous years, but it was a great first test for me in windy conditions. Suprised myself with the time. Can't wait for the next one!! Oh, and race in my new Fetch shirt!!
