Flat Out Fi A lovely sunny day for the last of this season's xc races! Conditions were a bit dodgy as there had been a sharp frost overnight. Wasnt sure how deep the Fords were going to be today but there werent too bad, nothing like as deep as last year! Really pleased to come 1st lady overall which meant Id won 4 out of 4!! :o))

Mud Rocs Not as muddy as last week but a lovely sunny day - as close as it could get in terms of a result - luckily we just edged it!

PhilB66 Lovely weather for this race (in contrast to Feb 2010!) - cold, but dry and clear. Care needed due to ice in places early on. Although relatively short, this is a tough course with a couple of fords, a long steady hill, a short steep hill and a couple of cultivated fields towards the end which sap the strength. Finished 7 secs slower than in 2010, but pleased with my run; a significant improvement on Harlow last month. Finished 31st overall and 6th for Stortford.

Vindicator Not the best performance again - a minute slower than last years race that was held in abysmal conditions. Felt awful from just after the first mile.
