Smudger 3 The slower lioness Race 5 now and will have a better idea of how iam doing by the time i get to this stage.Hopefully happy with my times.I want to do all 6.Suemud mud and lots of mud but fun fun fun.Even if i did lose my trainer in the mud twice and any chance of a pb.Worst time since first attempt at the course.Will go for that sub 50 in nov.Helped again and really enjoyed it:-0:-0:-0:-0xxxxxxx
