biru Very windy today, so definately not a PB opportunity. Way slower than I'd have liked though, even considering conditions. All this training seems to be making me into a progressively slower runner!? A bit disheartening really. Second place, and some nice prizes to make up for it:)

HBNS Same venue as my last 5k, however I have lost fitness since due to a knee injury, so unlikely to PB. Update - Happy with time considering my 6 weeks out and the blowy conditions today, a nice enjoyable race.

SpicedApple What a cold and windy day! My cold didn't help to make it any better either. The organisers and marshals were incredibly friendly though - very well organised and an important cause. Well done to everybody.
