.HA HA the race that has the lot..promenade,footpath,beach, dene,trail, and finish on the track.. a tough route especially through holywell dene.. always a big target to break an hour for this,but wont be easy !! ** UPDATE ** A GREAT LAST MILE AND A HALF,GOT ME UNDER THE HOUR!!

dja75 A beautiful run along some of my favorite scenery St Mary's Lighthouse not a a race just take it easy though next time don't grab on to a barbed wire fence to avoid a puddle. Clambered over the tree but it turns out you could go up the hill and avoid it. Nice weather so good had to take long sleeve running top off. An enjoyable run.
