toepointer Yet another windy day for the Proms 3k but the worst so far, held in the middle of a storm. Hence poor time. 4th. female. Also feeling rather overtrained, would have been better to have missed track session on Wednesday, instead none of the other distance runners turned up so foolishly trained with the sprinters and did their session instead, which was fun at the time, but has resulted in very heavy quads.
