bedlam_g Nice wee race a real lung burster, Garmin died on me so i've calculated my time from the runner who finished behind me.

Jaffers Pb'd last time out, a month ago (it was my first 3k!). Looking forward to a slight improvement, as long as it's not too windy by the Clyde. 26/10/07 - Inclement conditions and a gusty wind didn't help. This is my watch time - but I'll adjust for official results. Slightly disappointed but I've hada hard training week (2 doubles) and next time I need to commit a bit earlier. Thanks for the betting support - sorry it didn't work out better. Good to meet Quadbarrel and Bedlam and well done to both of them.. The sparkly new Fetch shirt is definitely a great ice-breaker. 29/10/07 - Official time added. Exactly the same as last time out - need to puch harder in the middle km.

Quadbarrel Should get close to 11 mins. As long as I can get to run it. People keep trying to schedule meetings at lunchtime!! *** Update. Watch time. Great little race. Went out miles too fast. Splits are 3:16, 3:38 and 3:41 - actually clocked it at 3.06km on my Garmin 205. Nice to meet Jaffers and see bedlam_g again. *** Official time 10:48.
