Ex-pat Scot That was hard! OK to half way but suffered like a dog on the second half. Weather brutal and legs refusing to work. Total clocked was 52.5 miles due to route detour.

Leeboy Severely bad cramps (again) hindered me at halfway then thereafter until finish. Will try different preperations in future.

Matt the Brum 1st/208 finishers in 6:17:54, just 4 seconds outside course record. Very wet, cold and windy day making the plooughed fields quuite hard work. Pleased with run finishing just over an hour ahead of 2nd place. Great event that I'd definately do again.

Rhino Very wet, windy and muddy but Totally Fab. Probably almost the most fun I've ever had racing so far. Felt really strong all the way and definitely could've kept going (but maybe not for another 45 miles!).

Shadow Walker Time at 50ml as ran 54.2. Official race result 8:48:42 Would have gone under 8 if i wasn't so wet and cold just had to stop at half way point for several cups of tea and warm the fingers. Some fifteen minutes later off i went that's tough getting going again. This is possibly the longest pit stop to date.
