Foot & Mouth course was altered on the day due to ice. Total distance run was 5.82. my time for this distance was 44.02. giving me a predicted 10k time of

Frodo actual time 34:03 . Have entered 37:56 as time because not really a pb as shorter than 10km. 1/2 race done on sheet of ice! very slippery! Shortened distance due to ice (approx. 9.35km)
