ellyruns Swim calm but was v, v scared before started. Ride much hillier than anticipated Run, longer 3.5 miles plus hills and trail . Totally rubbish for me, endedup walking several bits and def did not do my best T1 2.10, T2 1.11 time 1;53:32 68/73 :(

mill4six Run was actually 3.5 miles not 3.1, and hilly! Time adjusted accordingly to give true 5Km split
