_andy 'Tis the season for Cross-Country... Bloomin' icy cold (-4C), about a quarter each of tarmac, grass, trail and path (don't ask me the difference between the last two, but there is one). Not a flat course by a long shot, and I did manage to keep the crazy antlers on for the first 1km, which was better then I'd hoped for. Happy with the time considering the course and my complete and utter lack of any sort of warm-up (it was just too cold). And with the cardboard antlers keeping many club-runners away, I even managed fourth place.

RunDMc Would've gone comfortably under 52:00 had I not slipped on the ice after 4.5KM. Very cold, very foggy, very enjoyable...very sore.
