Cat the Dog Lover Full of club runners so its not very lone runner or beginner friendly. Encouraging marshalls though. Thought dodgy hip might stop me getting round but it just slowed me a bit downhill until I could figure out how to go downhill without pain. 1st run where I took bottle belt and took on drinks en route and this seemed to work. Might have taken it too easy in 1st half. splits: 9.22, 9.32, 10.30, 9.54, 8.53, 10.23, 8.43, 9.19, 8.56, 8.33 1025 cals. HR ave 161, max 173.
