lildude Well, what a run. I got too caught up in going for a fast time that I found myself in the front going into the woods due to a blistering first 1km (3:29). Ended up finishing 3rd on some very tired legs. I think the weights session was a little too close to today's run. Next time I'll move the weights session earlier in the week if I'm planning a fast run on the Saturday. On the plus side, all the really fast guys weren't there so I came third, and also set a new PB (since return to running).
