jolguk The weather was pretty good, only slightly muggy. I don't really know why I was a bit rubbish.... maybe going out the night before? It's such a flat course, and I don't think the mud held me back too much. Still a fun night out with all the local people etc.

Marcus Interesting: track, road, a bit of cross country! Twisty & turny with some muddy stretches - not a fast course, but very enjoyable.

Should Av Run Quicker If the weather holds OK should get clsoe to 18 mins, hope to go under in reality, may be an outside chance of a pb, so worth a low bet maybe? **UPDATE** no PB, decided to run a bit tactfully and do the 1st 1k in 3.40, in reality it was too slow and should have ran in 3.25, in the end not a bad time but will change tactics and increase the initial pace for the next one to go sub 18mins
