Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch

Heelandcoo Another PB! Was warned about the headwind from 7k to 9k and it certainly did wear you down - without that I think I could go even faster?

muimhneach 1 small lap and 1 large lap. 4 bridges (2 bridges x 2) relatively fast course but not a PB course (in my opinion). Finish is over a bridge tight left turn then left again into stadium. Finish on track. Need to keep something in reserve for the last bridge as its a bit of a drag. Hope the conditions are favourable (ie, cool with some moisture). 1 water station I think at about half way. Usually a good goody bag.

northernrunner thought i might have been on for a new pb on crossing the start line after the small 3k lap but then on the bigger lap at about 7k heading back to the stadium the head wind slowed me down and in the end quite disappointed with the time

Rigel Very warm and windy. Not the most scenic of routes and you ran from one stink to another - ack! Spent first half just trying to keep pace with Nadia and Angela who had set off fairly quickly (6km in 37 mins) then they started to tire and I felt okay so managed to pull away and get good PB.
