Gobi a win at a comfy pace on a tough course. Loved the run and no hammy issues.

Rach E Never run more than 15 miles. Ever. So this should be a bit of a gel fest for me - especially the day after the Toughest Twelve Mile Race In The World. ***UPDATE*** Very pleased not only to have run three miles further than I ever have (and on difficult terrain) but also won today's race AND won the two day event (for having the fastest combined time over the two events). Slightly annoyed that I ran an extra 0.5 miles when I went off-course accidentally, but this didn't affect the overall result in the end. I finished strongly and feel very happy. Nice for us both to go home with the winning double :o)
