Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch

Chris Worthers can't believe i was so close to my first sub 50 on this of all courses. i was prepared for the hill at the end but it was the sight of the field that got me - it looked enormous.

julbags Think this is relatively flat so should be quicker than Blackburn though doing Hawkshead the week before and that may take it out of me. Not expecting to be quick though will obviously push. Bit hillier than I was expecting and very wet though really enjoyed splashing about in the mud, hadn't realised I was quite so close to my pb but deliberately didn't check the time until the end, always seems to stress me out a bit if I do. The hill at the end was a bit cheeky, until that point though I could've pushed harder!

M62 Santa YEEEEAAAAAAHHHHHHHSSSSSSSSSS!!!!!!!!!!!!!

A new PB. I had to walk every downhill section sue to Patellar tendinitis but managed a new PB.

A great race, great conditions though tough underfoot. 20p for a cup of tea afterwards - recycling of race numbers - this club really knows how to create a successful race without ripping folk off.

Fantastic
