Race for Life - Stamford 10k

mustspeedup Lovely setting. 4000 runners most of whom taking part in the 5k. course was twice round so heavy on the 2nd leg lots of walkers. Would be good idea to have separate lanes for runners and walkers.

DitzyPlodder This will be my first ever 10k race - hoping for a PB!! lol Got my pb! 1hr1min59secs - It was a bit of a nightmare as the walkers seemed to be set off before the runners so had to pass them twice! Enjoyed the run though nice settings - just could have been better organised for the actual run!

slow tortoise the course was hilly and it was a fun run as well so a lot of traffic on course
