Zehnderboy Conditions were pretty good and teh organisation has improved a lot since I ran last year. Ran with MagpieRob for the first 3k, was on for a steady mid 46 but had problems in mile 5,-20 seconds off my pace for that mile and couldn't recover it, lost a few more seconds in mile 6 but came in just under 47. On a positive my ankle didn't flair up which is good news. Hope to be better prepared for next month's race.
