Smoggy Really pleased with my time until I noticed the distance I actually ran was only 5.31 Miles so not a true PB. Poor organisation with runners starting at different times, great 'Dog-Tag' at the finish though and a very good cause!!!

portly Once again very little preparation for this run but my last 10k was over a year ago and I hit 52 minutes and that was a bit hilly. 55 minutes is a push because I have tunred into a bit of a bloater of late. Nothing ventured as they say. ......................not convinced it was the right length. That said I am taking the time. First 5k in 24.22 so once again faster second half.

Runner Martin Measured the course at 5.31 so this is not a new PB but finished in 42 mins 57 secs. Dissappointed with the organisation - but for a good cause
