Mikami 前日の夜Buscopan。朝の準備はいつも通り。朝食は🍙2個。朝食前後に💩1回ずつ。レース前のワークアウトもする。腰の為にVoltarolとParacetamol。🍑の為に塗り薬。出かける前にImodium2錠。でも今までで一番タイムが悪かった。風が強かったのもあるけど、あまり速く走り始めないようにはしたけどその後もペースが上がらなかった。高低差があまり無いコースのため、キツくは無いけど楽できるところもない。今日は尿森もひどかった。なんで？スポーツドリンクを持ってったのが良くなかったかな？次回からはまた水にしておこう。3回目の同じレースでタイムは一番遅かった😔まぁ49歳じゃなくてもそうそう毎回絶好調では走れないよね。45:28official (45:16-2019, 45:04-2021)
