Lovely flat course. Out and back. Very hot and humid.

A very friendly out and back along the lake, toilets at the start and a nice cafe afterwards. As you would expect very hot and humid.

An early start but easy enough to get a “grab” there good out and back with a little dog leg. Take water as hoooot
