\J\ Quite pleased with time beit I was over 1 min 30 slower than last years race, but I was a minute and half faster than North Tyneside earlier in year, so after all my injuried least im heading the right direction.

Ha! Ha! a very drab race..did not see what the fuss was about..not even as flat as advertised..short up and downs all the time,so not into a rhytm..dull place

madaddo Perfect weather for a PB - no wind - no sun - not too hot, not too cold - shame I failed by 40 secs. Well-run event - and good encouragement from the stewards during the race.

nochickenstrip 15th Position out of 397 finishers, pleased with race, had a good run but unfortunately 13 secs out from my PB. Nice course, great conditions.

RununMan Will use as a training run only. I've not done any training for 10k and I plan a 16 miler on Sat ... so i'll be well pleased if i can PB. Hope it's not windy!! UPDATE - A PB ... but I was robbed, sure i went under 36 but apparantly not. Spent most of the race trying to catch nochickenstrip 'without success'!! Great weather and good t-shirt at end.
