kaichandler Why is my first time trial of the season so often my fastest? A massive 40 secs off my pb, and let I felt I was running well.

Marigold Just back from my Time Trial, bit disappointed as I was 3 seconds slower than 2 weeks ago. Late getting out of work so turned up with 5 min to spare so not in the best frame of mind. Came 2nd again to the same chap as last time but he wasn't in the mood for playing this time and pulled out a nice lead after the first lap and I wasn't able to keep in touch with him. The only positive was I actually went through 5k in 16:17 which was 6 seconds better than last time but I then lost all the rest in the last 0.65k. Sorry for those lost bets fellow fetchies
