About this parkrun
All tarmac, park based course, but with some cheeky undulations. 1 3/4 lap course with a stadium finish in front of stand at rugby club. Parking with WC and cafe at leisure centre. Be aware that big hill goes on for another 15 yards after the bend!WildeRover 7th Jan 2019
My home run and home of Pontypool RFC. Notable features: hospital hill - it's not a big hill but it goes up to the site of the old hospital; devils dip - short very fast downhill if you dare; run around the rugby pitch and finish by the stands.

Fun course in a nice park. Unique finish inside a rugby stadium. Nice surface to run on with a few tighter turns and some gradient changes to deal with
