About this parkrun

Tough but friendly trail run held in Plean Country Park. Off road descent quite early on, into a long drag up. Technical off-Road over roots at about 4k into most of the first long drag up again, before turning to downhill finish.

Lovely small parkrun, hilly trail..numbers low (45) as an inaugural parkrun was on offer a few miles away

In Plean Country Park. Not the easiest to get to. The course is loopy on some very rugged paths. Definitely a trail shoe course.

Mixed event; paths and trail, hilly with one steep descent, tough, enjoyable course.
