Piran Surf Run

paskha 10th 10K / 1st Piran Surf dune run. On Perranporth beach at low tide - along nearly 1.5 mile to the end where we go up a very steep bank and run over the dunes, down a lovely sand hill (repeat part of beach to steep bank, dunes & sand hill) and return on beach, great fun! I got the train to Redruth with my bike and cycled across to Perranporth, but got caught in a very heavy shower just as it was all downhill to the coast. I stripped off for the run - cos I usually get hot - but stayed cold - and suffered later. Got a lift with the bike to Redruth (Thankyou!) as I wasn't feeling at all well.
