disorganized 1st time over course; fairly easy race, mostly road, 4% hill for 1/2M at 1.7M. figure of 8 course returning to start. Taking it slow (PB? race next day and hard 10k day after) Plan: 10.00 9.00 7.20 9.30 7.20 9.30 7.20. 2.6M walk/jog from station; back on 31 bus maybe.

StorksRock Garmin incompetence means I've put the official provisional time here. It probably took me all of 5 or 6 seconds to cross the line at the start. This felt very hard - I need to do more hill training, and generally improve my training regime. That half marathon is in just under 3 months, so I need to get organised. Penn 7 is a nice race though - great support all the way round the course, nice that Mike and Steve ran it as well. And I'm happy to have taken 4 minutes of the time I managed 3 years ago.
