About this parkrun
90% flat, just over two miles out and back along the seafront with a section in the middle through the dunes. All still on path though, so road shoes. Always windy, but should be on your back for the run in. Plenty of parking, but you have to pay.11th Dec 2019
Flat down the front and back with section off the front which has everything apart from a running track: sand, grass, gravel, stones you name it. Pan flat but not a pb course with the off road section.

What a great place to run. Loads of parking (paid), toilets at the leisure centre. The course itself is an out and back with sand-dunes in the middle, then out and back the other way. Was quite tough on a windy day but so nice there.
