SPKoF 5.6 miles - felt strong and over a 1 minute CB for me - same course as the North Mids XC league race there. Beat a lot of runners who I havent been near since just after FLM training last year. Happy.

CookPassBabtridge Good race for me and got an intercounties spot. Not a great race for Notts who lost it after winning it for 42 years straight just as I run my first for them.
