About this parkrun
A 3 lapper around the largest park in Norwich. It is the most popular one of 4 in the Norwich area with usually over 500 per session. It can get crowded! It's virtually dead flat so a fast time beckons! No dogs allowed. A bit featureless.Smugbloke 8th Jan 2019
Flat. Crowded. Park is a bit, erm... uninspiring.

Only ever done this one on Xmas day. Lots of Santa hats and good prep for Xmas festivities. 3 laps. It’s flat but crowded.

Complete bun fight. Great if you're sub 22 and want to go for a PB but otherwise you'll be struggling for space at least for the first 1K. Nice tea shop though.

3.5 laps on tarmac paths around Eaton park. Start at the skatepark. Paths very narrow and with 400+ runners very crowded until about 2k so get up front if you want a fast time.

3.5 laps of a flat concrete path! Takes about a mile to get any clear space to start running. Not very scenic!

After reading the other reviews I thought I would add my own. I really like Eaton Park, it has lovely tree lined avenues and with this parkrun you know exactly where you are going. It is always very busy but the start line stretches out across the grass a
