Obigone Garmin time for 10miles, actually ran 10.06 according to my watch! Due to running late arrived at the start with just minutes to spare! The race itself was a lovely run along the Lytham St Annes coast, well marshalled and very supportive! Tried to keep around 8min miles but the last 2 miles were very tough and I slowed down pretty dramatically near the end! Overall though I'm pleased to come in under 1.20min and now its over I feel quite happy!
