Should Av Run Quicker This is a tough course. 2 laps with a steep short hill. I should be able to do 4min k's so I'm going for 23.30mins. Humid day, not sure of time yet as forgot my stopwatch, found it extremely tough up that hill twice and even tougher in the last mile. Got my time in of 20.38!!! so really pleased as I was struggling in that last mile so it must have been the effort I put in. My speed sessions are paying off.
