Smudger 3 The slower lioness the furthest ive ever run is 10k so this race will be abit of a challenge for me.Although i got a 10k pb last sunday which i was over the moon about i supose because ive never runn this distance before its going to be a pb whatever time i runn it in. iam looking forward to it.SueI really enjoyed this race pleased withmy time . I ran seven miles for the first time.Well organised and lots of fun my son won his age group which we just found out .Sue
