Black Cat I have no idea what the time will be, but it looks like I might be last!! Update: Duly came in last, but someone has to. At least the time is for a bit more than a mile so next time should see a big reduction!

Gasheader 1 mile does not bode well , I normally don,t get going till 5 mile mark , But wow expecting my first top twenty finish.+++Update+++ Windy night and looks like we all managed to get lost on a One mile course resulted in us running 1.06, really nice to meet new peeps and hope we can repeat on a hot summer night to see if we are improving. Well done to our local champion Rich super run setting a target I can only dream of. Put time into training log at 1.06 and 1 mile time comes out at 6:33.
