Gobi because I am the Dark Lord of Speed oh and I have been doing hill reps over 800metres in around this pace. Twisty course but a good evening, ran the best I could. Happy.

Rach E I have run a 3:20km a few times in a 5km so it'll be interesting to see what happens. ***UPDATE*** Ran hard and was pleased with how I ran. Nasty twisty course so not as quick as I'd have liked but when we left I was in fourth place. Great event though and what other events do you do where you get a free ipod, top of the range racing flats and two long sleeved technical t-shirts to take home?!?!? Final time 3:34.
