About this parkrun

Flat multi-terrain course in the grounds of Tredegar House on the outskirts of Newport. Summer course - starting straight, 2 laps, finishing straight. Winter course - 3 laps. Free parking in red gra carpark. Toilets on site. NT cafe.

I did this in the summer when it was two flat laps. Nice course and as it's National Trust, loos on site and a nice cafe.

Winter course lovely setting NT car park. 3 loops of the pond light trail got tripped by some idiot not looking. Nice cafe at the end coffee a bit weak. Cheese scones nice.

Lovely flat 2 lapper through parkland and forest trails. Good surface, fine for road shoes or trail runners. Right next to campsite too, which was a lucky coincidence :-)

Lovely scenic multi terrain flat course. Winter course is three laps, summer is two. Great marshalls.

A two lap course, flat and on good trails (road shoes are fine, some people were in supershoes). Never felt congested. Really friendly team. Toilets on site, NT café, lots of parking.
