Flake Really enjoyed this well organised event - superb marshalling and a nice atmosphere. Held up on swim but prob only lost 10 secs. Bike was a sprint and pushed as hard as I could - run was weakest and lots of lower leg pain during the run. 35th in swim, 50th on bike, 104th on run out of 142 finishers. 59th overall - 10 places and 3 minutes better than 2009 - pleased with that.

Mudlark/Titan Tri sport Really feel good for this,want to win my age cat & finnish in top 10 ! UPDATE Felt good & relaxed,swim was easier than expected,could have gone quicker ! bike was tough in strong breeze,felt ok in run just messed up a bit putting left trainer on & pushed heel tab down when in trasition & hoped it would push its self out again ! but no it rubbed my achillies all way thru & gave me a megga blister..But came 16th overall.1st in my age cat ! Brilliant result,THANK YOU MY TITAN BIKE..
