About this parkrun
Very interesting undulating course within school grounds, starts with an uphill section and finishes with a fast downhill. Quite a twisty course and a small but friendly group of runners. Lots on grass so trail shoes useful in wet conditionsThe Mussile 8th Jan 2019

Two lapper round the sports field and surrounding area. Quite testing. Trail shoes recommended, especially when wet. Mainly grass with a bit of trail and tight on places. Small turnout but very friendly group. Good bacon rolls at the end!

Small friendly parkrun. Usually between 50-100 runners. Off road course and quite undulating. It goes round school playing fields and gravel paths. 2 laps. Have to watch out for tree roots, molehills and dog walkers.
