Ally C First ever sub 40 (by the skin of my teeth!!) 10k so happy with new PB, however I think I went off too fast and hung in for the last few miles. Hard going. Nairn is now my worst 10k time and best 10k time (strange)

Ultracat cold, windy and a bit wet. Ran into an icy wind the first 3 miles before heading back into Nairn. Course was undulating and I thought rather dull.
