felixs pb on this course which has a hill near the end is 26.26 in 2004, so one second faster would be good enough.:0). Started a little bit too fast, so hill at end hard. Pushed into third place by pesky youngster in run in!. I hate being 45!!. But pleased with pb by 21 sec ( unofficial time).

More of a Tortoise I've been having an absolute mare with motivation recently and training has totally gone out of the window so I'm actually dreading this race :( Unfortunately it was as bad as I'd feared but it's pretty much the hardest one of the series so hopefully things will look up if I can get some decent-ish training in.
