Mikey23 very cold day with strong east wind for first 2 miles and hilly course. splits were 7.42 7.42 7.37 7.31 7.12 7.28 and 1.46. second round of cornish grand prix and was 4th in age. very pleased with this as had put in some good training after long virus illness and had a good rhythm throughout the race. came 187/457
