About this parkrun
An undulating course taking place over 2 laps, the paths are tarmac with an uphill section in between.Dowel 16th Jun 2019
This is the course which got me into parkrun. Its a lovely 2 lapper with effectively one biggish hill (bridge) and one smaller hill on each lap. As you are back and out twice you effectively do the "big" hill 4 times. Down hill stretches are fast.

Tarmac paths and enthusiastic marshalling made for a great run. A few gentle rises but nothing that would make it undulating. Start and finish by sports centre so good changing etc

Two laps, all on tarmac. Bit of a hill! Mix of park and a little bit along a canal.

Two lapper out and back via a canal turn and over the A12. Car park is close and plenty of toilets and cafe nearby. Ended up in Hackney at a posh cafe.

Lovely park in the middle of London but you'd never know. Run on good paths including a section along the side of the canal

All tarmac, 2 laps, undulating. Total ascent ~50m (but doesn't feel it). Friendly regulars (disclaimer: I'm one of them). Stadium has loos & showers; lockers for a small fee. Ragged School Museum cafe 2 minutes walk from the finish.

Rather hilly for an urban London park, narrow in places 2 laps. From the North into Euston walk 300 metres to Euston Square - Met line 9 stops to Mile End walk half mile to Lesisure centre very easy logistics.

Nice out and back (x2) in central London. Slight hills and some hairpin bends but good surface and therefore fairly fast.
Great martials!
