rhb I got there with 10 mins to spare after a 30 mile ride (should've been 25ish so I'd detoured and was running late!) Ran to prediction, just kept it in Z3 on the HRM and hacked around... was already thinking of the ride home to come in rain/cold wind/hail. Enjoyed, going to revise tomorrows centurions plan though, that'll be a very low intensity run.

Trehis Fabulous run considering working from 5 till 11 a m and then going home to change before driving for 1 hour to get to the place and having just 20 minutes to get ready for my run on the long fourth stage for our veterans team, felt great all the way.
