Ally2 11.3K of fun. Aim is for top 50. Informed by club mate that I came 45th so happy with that although 3 leics runners immediately ahead of me that I just couldn't get near. Paced it well as passing runners on all 4 laps, inc. notts ac guy near the end. A massive step in class and enjoyed it my lowest race position since my marathon. Course was twisty, slippy into turns and hard to get rythmn. caked in mud through the bogs.

man,slow Still suffering with poor fitness but not to bad a run. Good mixed terrain course but lacking in any hills!!! Oh coffee was nice. :-)

SPKoF went out too fast and suffered. Much better course than the North Mids and County champs which were both held there recently

Trehis Put more effort in to run this but I just do not get on with that much mud, ran the North mids and County races there this season and ran them both better than this even though I did not put the effort in on those, so the performance can only be down to the conditions on the day there.
