Blister Really pleased with my race, felt a bit light headed after the warm up but still had a strong run. The course was great, much better and less muddy than last year with no road sections and some foresty bits with a water ditch to jump over (or in!). I started slow(ish) and picked up at the start of the first big lap, ended up over taking people most of the way around the course, had a few people that

SPKoF Not too challenging a course. Most was quite hard ground for an XC. Much better than the Stafford(?) common course last year.

Ran it hard but not flat out and was happy with my time. The 3rd time up the hill hurt but it would have been better to take us straight up it rather than at a camber to make it steeper. I got the course at 7.65 miles on my garmin
