multiterrainer Slow going through the heather - at times completely off-piste leading to plenty of scratches around ankles, plus my usual wussy descending but great fun all the same with the added bonus of free coffee and sandwich as well as inexpensive home-made cakes being sold for a Ugandan charity!!

girlie78 A very boggy run! That last climb (the bit I didnt recce) was a bit of a killer, but the rain stayed off and at least the cloud had lifted. A great turn out from the club, plenty of red & white stripes to chase and with Richard & Rufus waiting for me at the final descent I had a smiley finnish. All rounded off with a cup of tea, sandwhich and thanks to Jackie for her home made buns!
